Agreement
One $500.00 down payment and up depending on vehicle.
Lowest weekly payment $99.00 and up depending on the vehicle.
Insurance coverage provided buy customer via add to Owen or new policy.
For users that lease for less than one month their is no deposit required, but will need a available credit card hold.
There may be a exchange fee required to those it apply to.
Exclusion:
1.The customer is required to maintain the cosmetic exterior condition to the level he received it.
2.The customer must also maintain the interior of the vehicle to the degree in which they first received it,
3 The customer will be responsible to pay for all repairs cost to exterior and interior that is not consider normal
wear and tear.
4. All vehicles are no smoking vehicles and the consumer is responsible for any smoking related damages
including odor removal.
5.This agreement is only for the primary driver and all additional drivers must be approved and entered to
agreement and add to insurance coverage.
User responsibility:
1. Report all accidents immediately.
2. Report all tickets immediately.
3. If vehicle is stolen must be reported to the local police departments and customer service immediately.
4. To take care of vehicle while in their custody with extreme responsibility.
5. Customer will not use vehicle for any criminal use if caught will result in cancellation of agreement and expelled from community .
6 If vehicle is impounded for any reason the customer is responsible for all fees associated to retrieving the vehicle back.
7. There is no drinking and driving or excessive speeding.or driving reckless, if caught will end agreement immediately.
8. Report any maintenance issues asap.
9. Return car at fuel level when priced up form loan a car.
10. Customer responsible for broken and chip windows that happen while in their custody.
11. Customer is responsible for cost and loss of any key and key lock out service.
12. Customer can not add or subtract any modifications to vehicle unless approved by management form loan a car.
